LEAD (Learn, Engage, Apply, Develop) is a comprehensive professional development initiative designed to provide corporate employees with a clear roadmap for career growth and advancement. Strategically developed in four distinct tracks—tailored for Analysts, Associates, VPs, and Support employees — these programs offer a well-rounded approach to understanding and developing critical skills and competencies. Participants engage in quarterly live learning events and receive self-paced development opportunities to support growth in that quarter's topic.

Q1: A roadmap for mastering the essentials of personal branding

Each quarter, participants are invited to attend live learning events featuring senior leadership guest speakers who provide invaluable insights and real-world perspectives. To enhance the learning experience, each participant receives a curated LinkedIn Learning package featuring content that complements the live sessions.
