BRIDGE COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT INITIATIVE (BCEI)
Building a Bridge to a Better Life - Three Pillars of BCEI
What kind of events do Ambassadors help with?
We have annual campaigns every year including:
-
Quarterly ESG-focused events like Earth Day cleanups
-
Junior Achievement
-
We Got Your Back
-
Providing food security
-
LLS Light the Night
Ambassadors also help set up events that are local to their team or office and take photos at the event that we can share internally and externally.
Why be a Bridge Gives Ambassador?
As a Bridge Gives Ambassador, your leadership creates a stronger impact on our communities and provides more opportunities for Bridge team members to make a difference. Here are what a few of our Ambassadors had to say:
“Being an ambassador allows you to step outside of yourself, and the everyday hustle and bustle. It’s a very rewarding experience while learning your co-workers’ passions when it comes to serving others in need. At the end of the day, the greatest gift of all is knowing you’ve helped change or made someone’s life easier.” – Dreama Shuping, Bridge Homes
“Being part of the Bridge Gives Ambassador program allowed me to engage with my community in an impactful capacity while also exposing me to empowering non-profit organizations. It also supported a strong ‘One Bridge’ culture, allowing the team to come together in a nontraditional work setting.” – Stephen Connor, CSG
What's a Bridge Gives Ambassador?
Bridge Gives Ambassadors are the heart of our volunteering at Bridge. Employees from each of our offices, sites and even remote locations who would like to champion our volunteer events and major giveback campaigns act as our boots-on-the-ground to plan and execute events.

2023 Employee Impact Initiative Winners
We asked employees to share with us the non-profits that you felt were worthy of investment and aligned with our three pillars of impact: Bridge to Education, Bridge to Financial Wellness, Bridge to Healthy Communities. In order to determine the winners, we looked at alignment with our pillars, their Charity Navigator scores and reputation as well as the overall endorsement from the employee. It was also important that the winners represent our geographic diversity. We received 65 nominations from across the firm and now, we are now pleased to share the winners!
