    The 101 Series

    Bridge is made up of many strategies, verticals, and departments. Learn about Bridge’s foundation, culture, values, and the intricacies of our financial landscape through the digital or live Bridge 101 course.

    Planning My Career

    Career growth requires goals, plans, and actions. Use these resources and work with your manager as you take action for your own career growth.

    Mandatory Training

    To comply with federal and state laws as well as company policy, there are certain training requirements for new employees.

  • Artificial Intelligence

    Want to use AI in your work? Be sure to complete the Bridge Intro to AI course to gain a basic understanding of AI and applicable Bridge policies.

  • All corporate positions at Bridge have an applicable level. Review the "Expectations by Level" document for more information regarding skills and expectations. Learn what is required for your current level as well as next levels for your career growth.

    LEAD (Learn, Engage, Apply, Develop) is a comprehensive professional development initiative designed to provide corporate employees with a clear roadmap for career growth and advancement. Strategically developed in three distinct tracks—tailored for Analysts, Associates, and VP’s — the program offers a well-rounded approach to understanding and developing critical skills and competencies. Participants engage in quarterly live learning events featuring senior leadership guest speakers who provide invaluable insights and real-world perspectives. To enhance the learning experience, each participant receives a curated LinkedIn Learning package featuring content that complements the live sessions.

    LEAD for Support is a professional development program created specifically for those who play a vital role in supporting Bridge teams and executives, including administrative assistants, legal assistants, receptionists, and office managers. This program is designed to meet unique needs, offering a collaborative, cohort-based learning environment. Throughout the program, participants will gather quarterly with peers to exchange insights, resources, and best practices. Our goal is to empower attendees to enhance their skills, improve their support of leadership, and contribute to a more efficient and cohesive workplace, ultimately driving stronger organizational performance.

    Emerging Leader Program (Coming Soon!)

    The Emerging Leader Program is designed to identify and nurture leadership potential within Bridge. Over the course of 90 days, participants will engage in a series of interactive learning sessions, hands-on activities, and personal development opportunities that will prepare them for future leadership roles. This program includes weekly 1-hour meetings, where participants will collaborate and enhance their leadership skills. This program will take place during the second half of the year, so those interested in participating should watch for the announcement at that time.

    To be eligible, candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria, submit an application, and successfully interview with a selection panel. Due to limited seating, not all applicants may be accepted, and there is an approval process in place to ensure the best fit for the program. Upon successfully completing the program, participants will be honored at a graduation ceremony and awarded a Certificate of Completion, which signifies their eligibility for upcoming leadership opportunities within Bridge.

  • Team Meeting Discussion Cards

    The Manager Excellence Program is strategically designed to enhance the leadership skills of people managers across all Bridge properties. This revamped program offers a more focused and intensive approach to leadership development. The curriculum is organized into quarterly modules, each covering two key management topics. With sessions that balance comprehensive learning with practical application, this new format minimizes operational disruption while maximizing impact. Managers will be equipped to immediately apply their new skills. By fostering collaboration across locations, we are building a unified leadership culture that drives organizational excellence.

    People Manager Development Programs

    People managers need a wide variety of skills and understanding to lead a successful team. These programs were built for both new and experienced people managers to improve on the skills required for managing others. Each step in the corporate and site programs contains up to 6 hours of learning content to help you become an impactful people manager.

  • Bridge Mentor Program

    The Bridge Mentor Program is a 6-month initiative designed to foster continuous development, collaboration across teams and departments, and a culture of excellence through sharing of best practices within our organization. Corporate employees are invited to participate as a mentee, mentor, or both during the program. During Q1, employees will be invited to complete the respective survey to join the program and be matched with a mentee and/or mentor. Those interested in participating should watch for the announcement at that time.

    Taking classes at an accredited college or university could make you eligible for tuition reimbursement. Check out our policy to see if you are eligible. Once your semester ends, you’ll be able to submit all documentation in Workday to receive reimbursement.

    Summer Intern Program

    Each summer at Bridge, we host a number of summer interns in different teams across the company. This 10-week program includes networking opportunities with senior leadership, the chance to learn about each of our verticals, a research project with potential to have a long-term impact on Bridge strategies and practices, all in addition to learning the day-to-day work in their role. FAQs

Q: How does Bridge Academy work? 

A: You will have constant access to learning and development opportunities and programs through the Bridge Academy intranet page. By completing eligible activities (listed in the Learning Activity section), you will automatically receive Academy Credits for your participation. Each quarter, Top Learners, Teams, and Managers will be recognized for professional development efforts.

Q: How often is the leaderboard updated?

A: The Top Learner Board is updated weekly, showcasing the top participants based on their total credits earned. You can also access the full list to see your ranking if you are not in the top 25.

Q: What happens if I can't complete a module or activity in time?

A: The dates for the current quarter are listed in the How to Earn Credits section. Eligible learning activities started and completed within those dates will be automatically awarded to you. If an activity is started or completed outside those dates, the credits will be applied to the applicable quarter’s credits.
