Emerging Leader Program (Coming Soon!)
The Emerging Leader Program is designed to identify and nurture leadership potential within Bridge. Over the course of 90 days, participants will engage in a series of interactive learning sessions, hands-on activities, and personal development opportunities that will prepare them for future leadership roles. This program includes weekly 1-hour meetings, where participants will collaborate and enhance their leadership skills. This program will take place during the second half of the year, so those interested in participating should watch for the announcement at that time.
To be eligible, candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria, submit an application, and successfully interview with a selection panel. Due to limited seating, not all applicants may be accepted, and there is an approval process in place to ensure the best fit for the program. Upon successfully completing the program, participants will be honored at a graduation ceremony and awarded a Certificate of Completion, which signifies their eligibility for upcoming leadership opportunities within Bridge.
